CARBON WRAP
FAST SNAPPY FLEX
BENEFITS
Carbon Wrap controls the torsional flex of a surfboard with a hinge point on the rail giving a shorter snappy flex. This offers a shorter turning arc.
THE DESIGN
Deck: Two controlled carbon fibre strips placed from nose out towards the rails to strategically reinforce the deck & enhance flex characteristics.
Bottom: Wrapped with strategically positioned carbon fibre bands from nose down towards the fins then wrapped around to the deck of the board at the perfect flex point.
We only use Aeroblank EPS core due to the advanced flex characteristics and durability.
WAVE SUITABILITY
Suited to slower less powerful surf conditions.

INJECTION TECH

BENEFITS
Injection Tech allows the board to flex on a torsional axis over the full length of the board. This offers a longer turning arc.
THE DESIGN
Deck: Two controlled innegra fibre strips placed from nose out towards the rails to strategically reinforce the deck & enhance flex characteristics.
Bottom: A single innegra strip from the nose, running down the centre of the board. The innegra is then injected through the core of the blank to the deck of the board at the tail region.
WAVE SUITABILITY
Works well in faster more powerful waves.

STANDARD PU
TRADITIONAL FLEX
BENEFITS
A traditional flex pattern that is the industry standard. Offers a solid feel under foot, you're probably most familiar with this model.
THE DESIGN
The Polyurethane (PU) board comes with the standard wooden stringer down the centre of the board & a polyester glass job with a traditional flex pattern.
WAVE SUITABILITY
Suited to larger more powerful surf.
